How to reserve a booth
Booths can be reserved by sending a completed contract along with a required deposit of $500 per 10' x 10' ($700 per 10' x 15'). Phone calls are accepted to reserve a space but we will need a credit card number to hold your booth(s). Remaining balances will be due by November 30, 2009. Full payment is due with your contract if you reserve a booth after November 30. If reserving by mail, please mark your top three choices, enclose your payment and contract, and mail to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. You will be notified by mail of the booth(s) you receive.

Firearms Regulations
It is the responsibility of all vendors who display firearms to make the firearms inoperable by removing the firing pin or using an approved locking device.

State Licenses/Taxes
The current Nevada Sales Tax is 7.375%. The State of Nevada requires the RMEF to provide a list of vendors prior to the show. When you arrive, the RMEF will distribute the tax forms to you. Each vendor must complete a sales tax report and return it, along with any tax collected, to RMEF at the end of the show. RMEF will then remit it directly to the department. Your name, address, federal identification number of your business and the amount sold and tax collected must be on the form. Checks must be made payable to the Nevada Department of Taxation, 4600 Kietzke Ln, Building L, Rm 235, Reno, NV 89502.

Miscellaneous Exhibitor Information
Any exhibitor desiring to provide food or beverage samples must submit a request in writing to show management who will then forward it to the event coordinator. No items containing helium can be used within the facility and nothing is to be nailed, attached, hung, or sprayed onto any part of the facility.

Exhibitor/Vendor Parking at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center
Unlimited “In/Out” privileges are provided to exhibitors/vendors who purchase an “Exhibitor” pass. The seven-dollar ($7) per day exhibitor pass may be purchased from the RSCC Parking Attendants on a daily basis or from the RSCC Department of Public Safety and is valid only for Lots D & E located on the east side of the convention center. Should Lots D & E be full, overflow parking for exhibitors/vendors will be directed to the north end of Lot C.
