Brunton, a company recognized for its stellar optics and field navigational products, impacts a wide range of the Elk Foundation's conservation activities. Brunton supports our Sponsor Member program, serves as an Elk Camp sponsor and helps educate hundreds of thousands people around the country about habitat conservation as a sponsor of the Great Elk Tour. In addition, Brunton supports volunteer fundraising efforts by donating a full family camping package as part of the Brunton Family Camping Progressive Drawing.

Providing the Tools to Help the Elk Foundation Meet its Mission
In a move that revealed  the depth of its commitment to conservation , Brunton donated 10 of its Multi-Navigator System (MNS) GPS units to aid the work of the Elk Foundation's lands and conservation staff.  The foundation monitors its conservation easements across the country every year to ensure their terms and conditions are being met and to collect a year-by-year snap shot of the natural resources being protected.

The use of the Brunton MNS units along with digital cameras streamlines the monitoring process and creates a uniform approach to information gathering in the field. Brunton technology strengthens the Elk Foundation's Private Lands Stewardship Program by improving the data collected, ensuring consistency, reliability and defensibility. Brunton's generous donation shows how our corporate partners can have a profound impact on many levels of elk country conservation.
