The Elk Foundation is a member of the Conservation and Preservation Charities of America which is a partner federation of Independent Charities of America. When signing up for the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) or other workplace giving programs, look for the Elk Foundation listing.

The CFC designation code number is 10408. If you are participating in a campaign other than the CFC, please see your campaign booklet for the appropriate Elk Foundation designation code number.
