Always with our mission of protecting elk, other wildlife, and their habitat in mind, Elk Chronicles journeys throughout North America working to help educate and ensure a hunting heritage for future generations to come. Set to premiere July 3, 2008 at 8:30 p.m. Eastern on Outdoor Channel, the show will carry the Elk Foundation brand and message into 31 million homes three times a week: Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. and Tuesdays at 3:30 p.m. Eastern.

Cameron Hanes, athlete, archer, communicator, backcountry fanatic and self-described “average guy living an elk hunter’s dream,” will host Elk Chronicles. Hanes is the editor of Eastmans’ Bowhunting Journal, co-host of Eastmans’ Bowhunting Journal TV, author of Bowhunting Trophy Blacktail and Backcountry Bowhunting.
