In case you haven’t heard, the Controlled Hunts program isn’t the only way to win an elk hunt in Oklahoma! Even if you’ve been drawn for an Oklahoma elk hunt in the past, you can still put your name in the hat for the cow elk hunt up for grabs through the Wildlife Department’s Outdoor Oklahoma Adventures raffles. This hunt is not a once-in-a-lifetime hunt, and being drawn has no impact on your preference points accumulated through the Controlled Hunts program. There’s no reason not to claim your chance (or chances!) for just $10 each!
Proceeds from the Oklahoma elk tag raffle, as well as other hunting, fishing and outdoor raffles, go directly back into wildlife conservation and public hunting and fishing opportunities for all to enjoy.
