RMEF, onX Hunt Offer Elk Hunt with Randy Newberg to Celebrate Public Lands

MISSOULA, Mont.—Love hunting elk on public land? How does an all-expense paid hunt with public lands hunter Randy Newberg sound? The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, onX Hunt and Randy Newberg are partnering up for a 2020 rifle elk hunt giveaway that will allow someone to do just that. Plus, there is an additional chance to win even if you are not the grand prize winner.

“Randy is a strong advocate for hunting and our public lands. We are excited to team up with him and onX Hunt so one lucky hunter can experience an elk hunt of a lifetime,” said Steve Decker, RMEF vice president of Marketing. “Randy will also capture the adventure on video and present it at a later date so viewers can better enjoy elk and our public lands.”

RMEF and onX share a passion for conservation, public land and hunting. The onX Hunt RMEF layer on the onX Hunt app highlights RMEF public land projects and access points as well as both current and historic elk ranges.

Newberg is a life-long hunter who also carries a loud voice on behalf of public lands and hunting that is heard in state legislatures and Congress. Additionally, he serves as a volunteer and board member for several hunting and conservation groups.

Those interested in entering receive one entry if they have an onX Hunt membership. They receive five entries if they are a member of both RMEF and onX. After entering, those who share the giveaway via a unique link provided to them will earn entries toward a hunting gear package to be given away.

Winners will be announced at the RMEF Hunter and Outdoor Christmas Expo in Las Vegas, December 5-14, 2019.
