Travel Information
High-Altitude Sickness Warning The base of the resort is 6,800 feet above sea level. Some people may experience symptoms associated with high altitude. Symptoms may include headaches, dizziness, nausea, loss of appetite, restless sleep, fatigue and loss of energy or shortness of breath. Hydration is the best way to help your body adjust to high altitude. Generally the low humidity at altitude keeps the air dry, so you should drink twice as much water as you would at home. Also remember to protect your skin. With every 3,000' increase in altitude, UV levels rise by 10-12%.
