EXPO PLANS MOVE TO TEXAS FOR 2020Hunter & Outdoor Christmas Expo, presented by Cinch
The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association announced that the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo is moving to Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas for the 2020 event, December 3 - 12. RMEF Hunter & Outdoor Christmas Expo and Cowboy Christmas also plan to co-locate in Fort Worth, Texas for the 2020 event.

Exhibitors have the option to opt-in or opt-out of the 2020 event in Texas. Exhibitors who choose not to participate this year will not lose their priority points and will retain their spot in the priority selection process for the 2021 expo in Las Vegas.
There are many details to work through in the coming weeks. RMEF will communicate information as it becomes available. Show Management will be reaching out to all exhibitors who expressed an interest in participating in the expo in an alternate location in the survey sent a few weeks ago.
If you wish to join us in Texas, please send us your request and the preferred booth size (if different from your current booth reservation).
Refunds for the 2020 exhibitors who do not want to join us in Texas or roll the deposit to the 2021 event in Las Vegas will be processed at the end of September.
