The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation proudly welcomes KUIU as Official Hunting Apparel Partner, aligning shared missions of conserving and enhancing big game habitat, expanding access for hunters and upholding the vital role hunting plays in sustaining healthy wildlife populations. Known for high-performance technical clothing tailored for big game hunters, as well as its active participation in hands-on conservation, KUIU enters the long-term partnership to support a wide range of RMEF programs and projects.

“We couldn’t continue our impact on millions of acres of critical habitat without strong partners like KUIU,” said Steve Decker, RMEF chief revenue officer. “This partnership clearly demonstrates KUIU’s commitment to big game conservation and hunting, which RMEF members and supporters value as much as the brand’s high-quality apparel.”

Based in Dixon, Calif., KUIU was founded in 2011 to raise the performance of ultralight hunting gear through the development of innovative technologies and features. The company’s products have become staples of big game hunters who demand the utmost in lightweight durability, functionality and comfort. A direct-to-consumer retailer, KUIU will soon have a product selection available at the RMEF Visitor Center in Missoula, Mont.

“KUIU is honored to partner at this level with RMEF, an organization that produces results for not only elk, but all big game,” said Kevin Wilkerson, KUIU vice president of brand marketing. “We are hopeful in combined efforts to accomplish great things for hunters, public land and the wildlife that inhabits it.”

KUIU’s partnership will support RMEF’s boots-on-the-ground habitat stewardship efforts; land conservation and access projects; hunting outreach and education programs; and the development of the RMEF OutdoorClass® online learning platform. KUIU joins other industry leaders such as Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s, Browning, Eberlestock, Leupold, onXHunt, STIHL and YETI in partnering with RMEF to ensure the future of elk, other wildlife, their habitat and our hunting heritage.
