The RMEF Hunter & Outdoor Christmas Expo is the ultimate experience for outdoorsmen and women. Located in the South Halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center and upstairs from Cowboy Christmas, the expo coincides with the ten days of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. Admission is free and open to the public.
HOW TO RESERVE A BOOTH…
To reserve a booth, please email a completed Booth Rental Application with two (2) preferred location choices
and past booth photos to email@example.com.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for review. If approved, Show Management will send a reservation notification with further instructions to finalize the space.
There is no guarantee for booth location but we will make our best attempt to accommodate your choices. All selections are subject to RMEF approval and receipt of a 50% deposit.
Each application will be reviewed to ensure it meets the criteria as an outdoor sportsmen and women related product or service as determined by Show Management. RMEF reserves the right to refuse space to anyone.

100-399 sq. ft. = $19.50 per sq. ft.
400-899 sq. ft. = $17.50 per sq. ft.
900+ sq. ft. = $15.00 per sq. ft.
Corners are an additional $50 each
(Fee is waived for booths over 900 sq. ft.)
All booth selections require a 50% deposit which must be received within one week of booth confirmation. An additional 25% is due June 28, 2019 and the remaining 25% is due September 27, 2019.
Each inline booth includes one (1) 500w outlet, ID sign and 8’ back and 3’ side drape. Island booths must order electric and supply a floorplan for placement of outlets. There is an additional labor charge for electric placement in island booths.

Please note: Chairs, tables, and carpet are not included in the price of the booth. These items can be ordered directly from the designated decorating company at a later date.

Centerplate – Exhibitor Catering Kit
Centerplate is the official food and beverage provider of the Las Vegas Convention Center. No outside food or beverage is permitted. This includes bottled water and displays of candy. Centerplate offers a catering menu for exhibitors. Orders must be placed by Tuesday, November 26. View the Centerplate Exhibitor Catering Kit here.
Food & Beverage Sampling/Sales
Any exhibitors wishing to sell food and/or beverage must directly manufacture and produce the consumable products themselves. Approved food/beverage exhibitors that wish to also sample must submit a formal request to show management. You will be provided with paperwork to obtain permission from the facility and Centerplate, the food and beverage provide at the Las Vegas Convention Center. A permit may also be required for some vendors from the Southern Nevada Health District. Contact show management for details.
If cancellation notice is received by RMEF by August 1, 2019, exhibitor will receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation notice is received by September 27, 2019, exhibitor will receive a 50% refund. If cancellation notice is received after September 27, 2019, exhibitor will receive no refund.
